Do we need a special vehicle?
From October through May, a 4WD or AWD vehicle with snow tires is required — and it’s good to have year round. The house is off a decently maintained dirt road that’s always a bit bumpy.

The house runs on solar with generator backup and has two WiFi providers for redundancy — all the normal comforts. We just ask that you be mindful of energy and water use, especially with a full house.
